After much research, meetings with fellow educators and Rabbis, and testing our materials with students, we were able to succeed at creating a tried, tested and true program that fits the needs of students and attracts their interest in the teachings of the Torah.
Our workbooks give students the opportunity to do more than just read and write in Hebrew. You will find games, riddles, conversational pieces and art activities that cater to students and make learning fun! This allows children to experience the Torah in their own way, while identifying with Biblical heroes.
Our motives in creating these workbooks are:
In each workbook you will find a selection of original texts accompanied by captivating illustrations, and maps that teach students about places that remain sacred to our people to this day. On each page, you will find a word bank with translations to modern Hebrew and English, segments from Rashi that help understand challenging passages, and a personal dictionary that allows students to accumulate new vocabulary words and draw corresponding pictures.
At the end of each workbook there is a complementary booklet with Midrashim, on a subject relevant to previous teachings. Students can cut it out and work on it as a separate activity, in order to reinforce that it is supplementary to the Torah.
Our unique program includes:
